Shipping
Where do you deliver?
We ship to Switzerland and France. Orders to other European countries will open soon.
How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on the chosen shipping method and destination. Within Switzerland, allow 1 to 3 working days. To France, allow 3 to 7 working days (International Small Goods) or 4 to 7 days for PostPac International.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship all orders via Swiss Post. Parcels to France are handed over to La Poste française at the border and delivered through their network.
Will my items arrive intact?
Yes, absolutely. Each card is protected in a sleeve and cards over 2.00 CHF are also sent in a toploader. We use envelopes or parcels designed to prevent any damage.
Products and returns
Can I return my product?
Returns are not accepted except in exceptional cases. Each situation is reviewed case by case and subject to approval.
Are all products authentic?
Yes, all offered cards are authentic. Note that Pokémon is a trademark of Nintendo/Creatures Inc./GAME FREAK inc. This site is not affiliated with the Pokémon Company.
How do I know if a card is in good condition?
We indicate the precise condition of each card (NM, EX, MP, etc.) with an online guide. All cards are manually inspected by us before shipping.
How are prices determined?
Our prices are calculated based on rarity, condition, current demand and trends on the Swiss and European markets.
Why are the cheapest cards priced at 0.50 CHF?
This is a limitation of Stripe, which does not allow products priced below 0.50 CHF. However, we do our best to offer you the fairest prices.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
Is payment secure?
Yes, all transactions are processed via Stripe, a certified and secure payment platform.
