Terms and Conditions

These general terms of sale apply to all transactions between BDPokéCards, hereinafter "the Seller", and any person making a purchase via the site bd-pokecards.ch, hereinafter "the Customer".

The Customer places an order via the website. Any order constitutes a firm purchase offer for the selected products. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in case of error, unavailability or violation of these conditions.

Prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and are not subject to Swiss VAT as the Seller is not liable (annual turnover < CHF 100,000). For orders delivered to France, French VAT (20%) and possibly La Poste française processing fees and the Small Parcel Tax (€2, from 1 March 2026) are collected by the carrier directly from the recipient on delivery. Payment is made using the methods accepted on the site and must be completed before shipment.

Products are shipped via Swiss Post. Delivery times are indicative: 1 to 3 working days within Switzerland, 3 to 7 working days to France. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier, customs services or external circumstances.

All cards are checked and protected. The Customer is invited to report any problem within 7 days after receipt.

The Seller declines any liability for indirect or consequential damages related to the use or temporary unavailability of the site or errors in product descriptions.

These conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is set at the Seller's domicile in Switzerland.

Personal information is treated confidentially. A detailed privacy policy is available.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. The new conditions will apply upon publication on the site.
